I added a new Imeem player today in the right column, featuring the lovely late '60s songs of The Velvet Underground. I come back to the Velvets every year or so for a deep flip, then away again. Right now, I'm deep into a VU stage, especially listening to the great double CD compilation GOLD. The sound is way better on this than the old VU at Max Kansas City single LP in my collection. I just can't get enough of their music - riveting, melodic, groovy in a massively cool way. But you knew that already.
