Phoenix Light Rail launch party - Stinkweeds

The City of Phoenix launches its long-awaited light rail transport system on Saturday, and cool cat record store Stinkweeds is throwing a party to help celebrate.
They say...
"We are geeking out over the light rail which is launching Saturday December 27th! In celebration, we are starting the day with Sing Along Saturday for the kids from 10 to 11 AM, and then bands and a BBQ starting at 3 PM and running until 7 PM. The light rail is FREE all day, so bring the kids and your fancy shoes and join us for this historic day. Stinkweeds is directly across the street from Metro Station 4 and we are SO EXCITED we can't stand it!

We will have lots of stuff on sale throughout the store and food for all (burgers and veggie burgers, pasta salad, and more).

Bands playing include Peachcake, Courtney Marie Andrews, Poem, Bradley and the Materials, and Saddles! Come on down and have some fun! Ride the rail and come back again!"
