Rescue ME!

Now I know why the bail-out, er, the U.S. financial rescue plan package is taking such a long, ardurous path to completion - the text of the revised bill is 451 pages long! Do you think that the Senators actually read it before a vote? Yikes! Maybe our Congress should just post up the bills on public web sites and let the PUBLIC vote for them - now that would be chaotically cool, eh?
