Arcade Fire - Neon Bible

Arcade Fire has just launched a new player site called Neon Bible (named after title of their last CD). Singer Win Butler does his blank-eyed thing, while singing the song with white hands. It's a promo tool of their awesomeness (or not...one commenter at BV wrote..."yea...pretty cool if they put it out when the album came out. wtf does neon bible mean anyway?">
