The Police announce worldwide tour

"The band fumbled a bit with some of the old songs today, but they did so with charm and good-natured ribbing of each other. They played a few songs — among them "Message in a Bottle," "When the World Is Running Down, You Make the Best of What's Still Around" and "Roxanne" — and cracked wise about their reputations for feuding. When Sting said the band was already quarreling again, Summers leaned into the microphone and muttered, "No, we're not." Then Sting: "Yes, we are."



The Police today confirmed their highly-anticipated concert tour will begin on May 28th in Vancouver, playing arenas, some stadiums & making some special appearances throughout North America. According to the LA Times, the initial itinerary concludes with concerts Aug. 1 and 3 at Madison Square Garden in New York City.
